Do you charge a setup fee on top of the monthly price?

No. The price listed is the full price. No setup fees, no onboarding fees, no hidden charges. The only exception is ad spend — that goes directly to Google or Meta, not to us.
Can I start with one service and add more later?

Absolutely. Most clients start with one or two services and expand as they see results. We offer bundle discounts when you combine services, so it actually costs less per service as you add more.
Is there a contract or minimum commitment?

No annual contracts. Monthly services are month-to-month — cancel anytime with 30 days notice. One-time projects have no ongoing commitment. We earn your loyalty with results, not lock-in.
How fast do you start working after payment?

One-time projects kick off within 48 hours. Monthly retainers go live within 3–5 business days. You'll receive a project kickoff form and a dedicated WhatsApp / Slack channel immediately after payment.
What happens if I'm not happy with the work?

All one-time packages include revision rounds (listed per package). Monthly retainers include unlimited strategy revisions. If we genuinely can't deliver what was agreed, we'll refund — but this has never happened in 5+ years.
